hi, my name is alexa. my boyfriend has told me for the past few months that his testicles have been hurting him a lot. i am very worried for him and Im wondering if i can please have some help on getting a few answers of what might be wrong with him, he called me just a little while ago telling the that he is in a lot of pain he said " my pee is coming out orange and very gooey, i keep bleeding from my nose and throat, i have a loss of appetite, i have headaches in the back of my head, and have heart and chest pains," he is also telling me his kidneys hurt. he doesnt want to make a doctors appointment, and i want facts so that i can some how convince him to go. please help.

From the symptoms you've mentioned above I believe your boyfriend may be suffering from a urinary tract infection, it explains all his symptoms except for the bleeding from his nose and throat.
To confirm the diagnosis a simple urine test is required, all the doctors will need is his urine in a cup.
Once diagnosis is confirmed, the doctor can prescribe him some antibiotics. Usually symptoms clear up in a week after treatment starts, as such I highly recommend you force your boyfriend to see a doctor as soon as possible.
