Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the reason might be the anemia, infection, or some structural abnormality in the ovary, or uterus.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms hematinics, fluconazole, cifixime and ornidazole.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods,to have good health resistance against the infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
