Have Costochondritis. Paracetamol Ineffective. Normal ECG. Help

Hi, I am a 58 yr old female.Ive had Costochondritis over a yr now & keeps coming back.I am not able to take NSAID,S so my doc said I should take paracetamol .But this doesnt help?Ive been in A&E more than once in intense pain,thought I was having a heart attack . ECG great tho I have two heart murmers.I like to be out in the garden all day when weather allows but this condition doesnt help!Plz help.

Hi emerald ! Did you try massage, hot compress, chiropractic, try these alternative method too. About murmur keep that in mind and check accordingly. Be healthy bye.
