Have Dandruff. Anti Dandruff Shampoo Din't Help. It Is Recurring. Permanent Removal?

hi doc,
Dandruff is my main problem these days .. m using antidandruff shampoo nd it works also bt whnver i stoppd using it ,dandruff occurs again . Plz tell me the best way to remove dandruff permanently.

Hi, to prevent the dandruff, the skin should be healthy, and not dry. So besides using the antifungals locally, you should also use them systemecaly, so i advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment. anemia also may be the cause, and dry skin is the other cause, you should see that they are not there.
i advise you to have more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and proteine rich foods. Thank you.
