Have Dandruff, Powdery Flakes, Hair Fall, Thinning. Treatment?
Hi, I am suffering from dandruff since last 4 months. They are like very small flakes and powdery (dry). I was using Himalaya Anti dandruff shampoo which dint work at all. Last time I used couple of years back it worked perfectly. Can you please suggest me some good and mild treatment for this? I am already 40% bald and still seeing the hair fall and thinning . greeting...as much possible keep your hair dry and use SETRLAC SHMPOO take the 1/2cap of shampoo and add1/2 cup of water apply to hair throuly keep about few minutes and wash with normal water...use for a couple of week...home remedy can use like juice of lemon once a day for few day it will be very beneficial for your hair thank

Dandruff is a very common concern which results in itchy scaly scalp with hair loss. Dandruff is mainly due to fungal infection and dry scalp.
Treatment includes proper antifungal lotions or shampoo like ketoconazole etc with multivitamin tablets consisting biotin and folic acid to counteract hair loss.
Proper dermatological evaluation of the concern and treatment is advised.
