Have Dark Spots Spreading On Face. How To Treat It Permanently?

Dear sir,
Since past one year I have developed some dark spots on my face.Initially it was only on one side of face but now it started to spread on the other side of the face,forehead and also my nose. Kindly suggest permanent treatment for it..

hi Dark spots on your face could be due to multiple causes. However common causes amongst the people are Melasma, Lichen planus pigmentosus, Phototoxic dermatitis etc. You should consult a dermatologist who would be able to make a clinical diagnosis by having a look. Use a broad spectrum sunscreen through out the day. At night time your treating doctor would prescribe you demelanising creams for your pigmentation
