Have Deep Cystic Acne On Scalp And Back Of Head. Hurts And Itches. Recommendations?
I am 67 years old,1.65m height and 75 kilos weight.I have what appears to be deep cystic acne,primarily on the scalp at the side of and back of the head.I may have 20 to 30 red/yellow spots at any one time and these are large bumps which both hurt and itch.What treatment would you recommend and why do you think that this affects me at my age?

Many small red/yellow bumps all over the scalp and over the back of the neck which are itchy ,hurt are due to lice infestation.The scalp should be washed with soap/shampoo daily.the anti lice lotion containg chlorhexine should be applied.
