Have Diabetic Neuropathy, Fullness In Scrotum And Breast Tissue. Taken Lyrica And Gabapentin. What Can Help With Pain The Best?

I have diabetic neuropathy which affects my feet extreme disabling pain, also 'full' feeling in scrotum & breast tissue. narcotics do not work at all anymore, is there anything new to help this beside Lyrica, Gabapentin & duloxetine? I've had them all. My quality of life is zero and have hard time walking, I've had self destructive ideations lately. I'm a 68 yr old male and can't go on like this. I can't afford insurance as I only get $1000/mo SS and have to go with out the basics just to keep shelter and occasional meals. please help as I am about to buy a long rope (serious), I just can't take the pain anymore and don't want to live, thank you Sir.

Hello,

Diabetic neuropathy is really difficult to manage. If opioids, Gabapentin and duloxetine are not helping you than you are left with one more option.
That option is Lidocaine patch. It contains topical anesthetic lidocaine. This patch as to be applied on the area where the pain is very severe. It has no side effects.
