Have Diarrhea, Worm And Egg In Stool Found, Dehydration, Low Potassium. On Nizonide And Vormex. Will It Work?

Hello, I recently moved to Indonesia and visited a remote island 2 months ago. During the stay, my family got diarrhea . Theirs got better with treatment but mine started getting severe or up to 20 bathroom trips a day, I even found worm and eggs in my stool. In those 2 months I have taken 2 types of antibiotics (one of them Zpak), Nizonide and Vormex. The worms seem to be gone but I feel worse. I am at my wits end because I am bleeding and wasting away and cannot leave my house. I have been hospitalised once due to dyhadration and low potassium . I have tried immodium, it works for an hour and makes my gut hurt more. I am taking acidophillus and eating probiotic yogurts, no change. I have to run to the restroom ca. 10-30 min after eating or drinking. Please help...
