Have Difficulty In Bowel Movement, Bloody With Squishy Clot Like Balls, Pain In Lower Back. Any Ideas

For the past few months I haven t been able to go to the bathroom regularly. When I poop I can only poop a tiny bit & it s bloody with orange & yellow squishy clot like balls that float at top of toilet water. Since this has been happening, my lower back right above my tail bone has had a constant nonstop throbbing & radiating pain. It also feels like there is a ton of pressure in my lower back. What could this be?

Hello,

By history it appears to be worm infestation of your GI tract.

In this situation I would advise my patient to undergo stool analysis to look for ova, cyst or occult blood. Ultrasound and Ct scan may be need it the stool analysis is inconclusive. Anti helmentics are prescribed for worm infestation.
To prevent recurrent infection avoid uncooked and cold foods.
