Hi and welcome to HCM. Thank you for your querry.
Well ct and all these tests cant verify malignancy in such small lesion You should visit ENT and biopsy should be performed. Such cancers are very rare. Swelling and numbness is significant sign, and it can be casued by vascular or nerve damage in jaw area. Also some migraines and neuralgias(trigeminal or facial) can casue it as well. You should avoid smoking and alcohol till the right diagnosis is established. Wish you good health.

Pathologist and Microbiologist Dr. Shailja Puri's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM,

You have mentioned that you are having a number of swellings/ lymph node enlargements in your neck region (left side of neck, under the chin, on the face).
All these swellings need to be investigated first.
A fine needle aspiration cytology (FNAC) of these lesions is required. FNAC is a technique in which cells in the lesion are sampled with a needle. The cells aspirated by FNAC are studied under a microscope and the origin and character of the cells is determined.
The red lesion under the tongue can be related to the swellings in the neck or separate lesions.
Numbness on the face in the jaw area can be due to some nutritional deficiency or due to some nerve lesion.

A clinical examination of these lesions is needed.
Consult your doctor for further work up.

Thanks and take care.
