Hi,Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that you have sinusitis, and the symptoms, then related indigestion, leading to the bloating and fullness after eating.
The bloating could also be due to the peptic ulcer,or spicy foods.
I advise you to consult an E.N.T. surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.to have good health resistance against the infections.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
