Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
For your active acne, you could use a gel containing clindamycin.
For acne marks and to get a glow, you could do chemical peels like glycolic/ salicylic acid peels along with microdermabrasion treatments by a qualified dermatologist.
Use a face was containing 2% salucylic acid to tackle oiliness and blackheads.
Eat a healthy diet rich in colored fruits and vegetables. Avoid fried foods and foods high in sugar content. Drink lots of water.
Hope this helps you.
Take care.
