Have Early Periods, Pain, Heavy Bleeding And Blood Clots. Pregnant?

I started my period on the 15th and I wasn't suppose to start till the 20th and while on my period i was haven blood clots and heavy bleeding well I ended on the 19th and today I started getting really bad pains and I felt like I peed my self so I went to the bathroom and there was a bunch of dark brown discharge what does this me. Me and my fiancé have been trying to also get pregnant for the last 3 years..

These symptoms could be most probably due to Ectopic pregnancy or incomplete Abortion . You must go immediately to see a Gynecologist. Your doctor will do pregnancy test, internal examination, and scan. Depending on diagnosis, your doctor will advise you accordingly. Do not delay to see your Doctor.

Though you have not missed your period , and rather it has come before time, we have to have high suspicion of pregnancy related complications. Was the period, which you have seen before this heavy bleeding was at time, and in usual amount and duration? it would be a grave mistake, if we do not rule out pregnancy, and its complication specially Ectopic pregnancy, in a woman who was not using any contraceptive. Once we rule out pregnancy complications, then the next possibility is hormonal abnormality or uterine polyps, fibroids, ovarian cyst etc.

Thanks for query on hcm.
This might be due to some hormonal disturbances.
You have to go for certain investigations like cbc,fbs,ppbs,thyroid profile,hormonal study,USG abdomen and ovulation.
Start treatment according to reports.
Plan your pregnancy according to ovulation study.
Also go for semen analysis of your partner.
Consult your gynecologist for further diagnosis and medical management.
