Have Endometriosis. Bleeding, Pain, Fatigue. What Can I Do?
Hi im Melissa Smith im 33 and have servere endometriosis i live in country sa and doctors at my surgery change regulary i drive 2 hrs to a clinic in adelaide but due to what feels like never ending pain and on off bleeding , the fatigue im losing hope i am in process of changing to a dairy free gluton free diet an wondering if theres anything more you can advise me to do or take i dont work anymore i dont leave the house much anymore and i cant take putting up the pain anymore please help
I recommend you to get a laproscopic diagnosis of its severity and treatment.
Start oral contraceptive pills for 3 months. This could help to some extent.
NSAID to treat dysmenorrea.

Hello, Thanks for the query. Treatment depends upon your desire to achieve pregnancy. Prognosis of severe endometriosis is not very good other than surgical treatment. I recommend you to get a laproscopic diagnosis of its severity and treatment. Start oral contraceptive pills for 3 months. This could help to some extent. NSAID to treat dysmenorrea.
