the thick beard like hair on chin and cheek developing at the age of puberty are known as hirsutism in medical language.hirsutism may be due to hormonal imbalances most commonly -poly cystic ovarion disorder,or hypothyroidism or sometimes idiopathic ie no known reason -just genetic predisposition. management requires -hormonal investigation -LH,FSH ratio, Serum PROLACTIN,TESTOSTERONE-free/total,and TSH,T3,T4,Serum insulin etc.
Based on reports you will be prescribed medicines like.antiandrogens, thyroxin and metformin.
laser hair removal can help you get rid off these hair in 6-8 sessions at 1-3 months interval. diode is superior to IPL,super hair removal is the safest and painless technology for it.
dull complexion will also improve with hormonal correction, otherwise you can try some complexion lightening agent containing-kojic acid, glycolic acid, arbutin etc.
