Have Flu, Been Gagging, Runny Nose, Dry Throat. Suggestion?
I been gagging for the past week in half and I got the flu this past weekend. Why would it be that I:m still gagging? even before I had the flue.I haven't thrown up or anything. I haven't been eating regularly how I use to well this past week. But I'm getting back into it. I still have a runny nose/dry throat/gagging. I seriously want to know why. I do take birth control also everyday very persistent with it as well.
hello, Gagging could be because of acidity or heart burn due to reflux disease . YOu took antibiotics that could have irritated your stomach and throat so you need to take --- Antacid tablet Syp. antacid gel 2 tsf two times a day half an hour before meals multivitamin twice daily Keep head end of bed elevated. Avoid alcohol, Smoking Do brisk walking daily Go for walk after dinner Avoid spicy food Avoid late night coffee follow up after 7 days.
Also take care of runny nose as that could be the source of recurrent throat infections for that you can take antihistaminic tablets easily available.
