Have Foul Smelling Vaginal Discharge, Swelling Lower Abdomen, Told Cyst Present. Medicine?

Hi there, a white colour of mucous discharge from my vagina with a foul smell, moreover there's swelling in my lower abdominal area just above my bladder , my gynaecologist told me my left ovary is cystic ranging 3.3 to 3.5 in diameter , please suggest me some medicine am really irritated of bearing this abnoxious smell .

Hi,
Apart from having ovarian cyst it seems that you might have some infection in your genital tract giving rise to smelly white discharge.
Consult Gynaec and get examined.
Vaginal smear and ultra sound will give clue regarding your problem.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course after examination by Gynaec.
Keep local part clean, dry and airy.
clean local vaginal part daily with running water while taking bath.
Ok and take care.
