Have Frequent Urine, Lower Back Pain, Penis Discomfort. No Kidney Stone

hi Dr,I'm 38 yrs old male working in SG. i have experienced frequent urine, feel lower back pain,feel uncomfort in pennis sometimes while passing urine, these experinnce last continue 4 to 5 days last 13month ago. After that no more back pain and frquent urine but somrtimes still feel uncomfort in pennis during passing urine. I went to NUH urology center gor check up but there is no kindney stone. But did not check bladder and prostate which I suspect most. What is possible with me? Thanks for your responses.

i would first like to know if you are diabetic or not in that case please give one urine routine and start syp.citralka 2 tsp thrice...if not the case pls take plenty of water and cranberry juice...prostate problem usually causes difficulty in urination but not pain and bladder stones during ultrasound usually they ll check for kidney urethra and bladder since u been to urology center they would have checked those issues
