Hi,
Genu Varum unless fracture is a cause not known deformity. This deformity is due to outward bowing of the leg producing an appearance of a bow. Some time mild deformity disappear after 3 yrs. severe deformity surgery may be needed during childhood. After childhood when bone growth is completed the treatment will not produce any effect in walking. Only complication is early arthritis due to uneven pressure in the joint area. No treatment is available for your age.
Best wishes
