hi I hope that you are doing well. below is my husband sperm analysis is it possible to get pregnant naturally with this sperm. i am 35 and my tests are normal we are trying to conceive more than 1 year. i had 3 IUIs and one IVF. Total count:70,0000 class a motility:14.5% class b motility:14.5 normal Morphology:16% the other items are normal/ thank you so much

Hi,

You have not mentioned sperm count. Regarding the motility: Normal sperm motility is defined as greater than 50 percent. When the motility falls between 25-50 percent on a single ejaculate, this may not reflect a problem. When the motility consistently falls below 25 percent, the chances of a problem are much higher. When the motility consistently falls below five to 10 percent, the chances that fertility is normal is highly unlikely.

And then there is the morphology: the percentage of sperm normally shaped. This should be 14% or higher. The average is 2-6%.

Pregnancy is less likely to happen normally in this case.
