Have Had Breakouts Which Are Red, Itchy, Ooze Clear And Bleed. Tried Antibiotics And Fungal Creams. Advise?

Yes, I have had consistently for the past 3 years break-outs on my face. I am 60 years old. They begin as tiny raised
pin head size bumps. They itch, they increase in size, ooze clear and bleed easily. They spread, then they seem to get better but never go away completely. It seems to be a constant cycle. I have tried antibiotics, viral meds, fungal creams. Nothing seems to work.

Hi,

Thanks for writing.

It seems you are having air borne contact dermatitis .

Other possibility is photo allergy.

You need to take oral steroids and azathioprine. It will be better to consult a dermatologist.

For time being cover up face and avoid sun and air exposure.

Do not use any hard soaps over face. You can just apply a mild steroid like hydrocortisone over affected area.

Hope this can solve your query.Take care.
