Have Had Constipation, Fever, Cramps In Abdomen, Leg Pain, Dizziness. Taking Laxatives. What Can Help?

I have been taking laxatives for the last few days and have had constipation all week. Nothing seems to work at all. I am constantly getting a fever but can switch to freezing cold. I was back on my period yesterday and since have had horrible cramps. I have never suffered any sort and my periods are never this heavy. Last night i woke up with terrible leg cramps and couldnt sleep for hours. I kept switching from sweating to freezing cold. However, everytime i think im hot or cold, i dont physically feel it e.g by touching me head. I feel dizzy all the time and starnds of my hair fall out quite a lot. I am on accutane so i am putting some symptoms down to that but can you tell me if there is something wrong. Thank you.
