Have Had Diarrhea, Cramps Above Naval, Discomfort. On Antacids. Is It Ulcer?

I AM A MALE 40 YRS. OLD 6' 190... I HAVE HAD DIARRHEA ALL DAY SATURDAY AND TAPERING OFF SUNDAY AFTERNOON... THEN TODAY, IT HAS STARTED AGAIN... NOT BLACK IN COLOR... YELLOW/BROWN... NO FEVER... NOT A LOT OF PAIN JUST LIKE A MILD CRAMP VENTER ABOVE THE NAVAL AND ON THE RIGHT SIDR HIGH ON ABDOMIN... I WENT TO THE DOCTORS ABOUT 1 MONTH AGO ABOUT DISCOMFORT IN THE SAME PLACES... THE DOCTOR GAVE ME A ANT-ACID TO TAKE IN THE MORNING, THOUGHT IT MAYBE AN ULCER... BUT I HAD NO DIARRHEA... WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS

it can be infection ofthe organ ofgit like gastritis dudenitis gall blader infection etc
you can consult gastroenterologist to find he causeand treat it as you cn continue withantacids
