I Am A Gay Male I Have Had Unprotected Sex Twice And Now I Have A lump on the left side of my by my anual and it itches and now I can feel one coming on the left side of my but it itches I have had diarrhea bad and it looks like mucus is in my poop when I go too the bathroom another thing is when I lay down in my bed a certain way it feels like I have too poop and it's just gone come right out can you please tell me whats going on
