Have Hair Loss, Stressed, Family History Of Baldness. What Can Help?

I am 16 and I have been having an unusual amount of hair loss for the past few months. I can often see my scalp when I shouldn't be able to. I am now using a more gentle shampoo. I used to comb my hair immediatley after showering but I stopped doing that now. I am fairly stressed which I suppoose could be a cause. My father is bald but no one from my mothers family is bald. The hair loss is mostly on the top of my head. What can I do to stop this? How can I grow back hair?

Hello,
Thanks for the query.
You can try minoxidil lotion.
This will help you a lot.
However the final treatment will be hair transplant.

Let me know if you have any other doubt.
