i m 23 yrs male,i m suffering from heavy hair loss with the last 3 yrs.earlier i had very thick hair and it was dense.now i m bald from front and the density of hair is very much less in all the parts of hair.in my family no one is bald,thyroid is also normal.not taking any medicine.hemoglobin is normal.excessive dandruff on the scalp even after using anti dandruff shampoo.there is itching also on the scalp
HI, Thanks for writing in. The condition appears to be androgenetic alopecia. Effective drugs and treatments are now available for such alopecia. To start with you can use nizral shampoo on alternate days. Consult a qualified dermatologist for proper treatment.It has to be taken for 1.5 -2 years continuously for optimum results. Hi, As you do not have any systemic problem like anemia, thyroid, main causes ae eliminated. Now it seems that hair loss might be to having long time of dandruff infection. Consult dermatologist and go for extensive treatment of dandruff. Use branded shampoos, hair wash. Do not keep your hairs wet for more time. Ok and Take care.
