hi
I'm 30 year old have high cholestrol and tri gleceroids when i went for full body check up. doctor prescribed me to use rosedale - F and absolute 3G tabs and he suggested me to use till my levels are under control.
so can u suggest me if I can use these tabs for more period and is there will be any side effects or effects of these tabs?
Dear Sir/ Madam Welcome to HCmagic. The discussion about lipids remain incomplete unless I know your detailed lipid profile and your clinical details like history of diabetes/smoking/hypertension/premature CAd in family etc. However for your information Rosedale-F has a combination of rosuvastatin with fenofibrate. The combined side effects of these two class of drugs may be liver damage and muscle weakness. There may be other side effects unique to each class. Absolut 3G contains omega-r fatty acids in low dose with other agents. These may have mainly gastric side effects. Not all side effects occur in all patients. Usually a small proportion of patients develop side effects. Please discuss with your doctor for duration and possible side effects. Feel free to write for further queries. Sincerely Sukhvinder singh
