Have High Sensitive Nose. Perfumes Gives Headache And Slight Form Of OCD. Treatment?

Hi, I have a extreemly high sensitive nose. Most perfumes of any kind will make me have a headache. I also have a slight form of OCD. When exposed to these chemicals I often get headaches that are debliitating. My OCD get me crazy. Is there anything that can dull my senses to chemicals, Perfume being the number one offender. I pretty much try to use perfume and dye free everything.

you seem to be having fragrance allergy.Perfume is an irritant. For people with sensitivity to certain smells, many things can trigger headaches.There is no way to make the senses dull the only way to stop headache is to avoid it, which is very difficult. So keep some pain reliever medicine.
