Have Intermittent Twinges On Right Side Of Stomach, Tight Feeling. Have Mild Hiatus Hernia. Am I At Risk Of Pancreatic Cancer?
I have intemittent twinges on the upper right side of my stomach but I can't tell if it is from my stomach or from the right side of my upper back which feels tight when I stretch it. There's no pain when I press anywhere on my stomach. I have a mild hiatus hernia. Sometimes the twinges are gone for days and then if I lean to the right or lean forward a bit, I feel the twinge again, I just can't tell if it's a referral pain or not. I'm terrified that I might have pancreatic cancer

Pain is the last symptom or presenting feature in pancreatic cancer. It's unlikely to be due to it in absence of other symptoms and risk factor. From the description of your pain I would consider the possibility of duodenal ulcer/acid peptic ulcer and gall bladder pathology as top of my list. Would suggest you to see your physician and get an Ultrasound and Gastroscopy done in consultation with him to rule out the above Take care
