Have Itching Around Genitals With Wounds From Scratching. Medication?
Hi, I am 21 years old Male
From 15 days i have itching around my genitals and because of heavy itching i used to scratch it and now i am having wounds around my genital...and I am really busy with some of my project works and can not go to a doctor can you please suggest me an ointment for the same i tried applying Boro plus but when i apply it feels like burning...please suggest me an ointment

There are diverse causes of itching with diverse treatment as well and thus it would be imperative to meet a doctor.
Common causes include scabies, fungal infections, parasitic infections etc. If the itching is more in the night then it is likely scabies. The diagnosis of scabies could be considered even more if there is anyone in the house with itches as well. Scabies are treated with drugs such as benzyl benzoate lotion (ascabiol), esdépalléthrine ( spregal) etc.
Meanwhile, you could avoid scratching and take the anti itch drugs to reduce symptoms ( but not cure) such as chlopheniramine or loratadine and meet a doctor for appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
