Have Itching On Ear, Under Breast And In Private Area. What Cream To Use?

I have an itching problem that's on my ear, under my breast (which are now black) and my private area. I've been using the same soap for years with no problem; The itching does subside when I use a cream from itching but the black is still there. What can I use to clear this up? It has been on my body for years; only now I found the itching around my ear that is really annoying. I saw on Dr. Oz where this could be a serious problem. What do you think?

Thanks for contacting HCM
You have itching on ear, under breast and in private area.itching does subside when you use a cream from itching but the black is still there. These all finding suggestive of fungal infection. Just go for blood sugar estimation , Use cotton clothes , dry these areas as much as possible . Use proper systemic antifungal drug and antifungal cream .
