Have Itchy Bottom, Blood In Stool. Taken Worm Medicine. What Treatment Should Be Done?
hi I have itchy bottom and a very small amount of blood apears on toilet paper when I wipe my bottoms.. I am never constipated.. I have had worms .. taken worm medicine few times in last couple of months.. I have to avoid the discomfort of itchy bottoms put garlic paste to my anus but have stopped doing that from couple of weeks as it is very very harsh treatment .. do I need to see doctor ? when would my itchy bottom be gone.. I have had it for months now and is very discomforting..

Just from the symptoms that you are experiencing , I can tell you
that you have Hemorrhoids or Piles as they call it. They may be
outside and are called external or they may be inside and are
called internal . Yours are probably small and external causing
itching and some blood on the tissue when you wipe. You need
to avoid straining when you have a bowel movement.You can take
some over the counter stool softners Also keep the area clean
There are some creams available that contain hydrocortisone ,that
you don't need a prescription.You can ask the pharmacist.
Also sitz baths (Warm water ) will be helpful. If problem persists
see a colon and rectal surgeon.
