Have Jaundice. Taken Blood Test. Will Result Show Presence Of I Pill, Taken After Unprotected Sex?

I had sex with my boyfriend on last Tuesday and I took i pill on Wednesday morning.now today i have given blood sample in order to know my bilirubin percentage as i have jaundice.now my question is that whether the report will show that i have taken i pill? I am very afraid cause the report will come tomorrow and i don't want my parents to know about my sexual activity.please answer me asap.
