Dear Sir
Thanks for writing to us.
A number of conditions can cause left ventricle to enlarge. Some of them pertaining to your case may be leakage from your replaced valves, anemia, persistent enlargement from conditions prior to valve replacement, low pumping of heart due to various causes. Important fact is what trouble you have, what is your pumping (ejection fraction) and what is cause for enlargement.
Treatment will depend upon the cause. Definitely some of the causes are treatable.
hope this helps.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
