Welcome to Just answer.Getting a check on your electrolyte levels including serum sodium, potassium,Calcium and magnesium, serum CreatiniePhospho- Kinase levels would help rule out metabolic cause of the cramps and assess muscle damage.Avoid overexercising or long periods of standing, and check with your doctor if you are on any drug which may cause these symptoms.Ruling out systemic disease will help.
