Have Low Grade Fever, Black Spots, Itching. Done Blood Work. Similar Problem?

Hi I have been sick for a few year with low grade fever. Black spots all over my body and especially face, itching and have lost my bodily haif. I have been wearing a wig for three years now my hear is not growing back. Several of my blood work show high antibodies. Here is my most recent result.
Rheumatoid factor 17
Proteinase _3 antibodies 5.0
E o s 7.1
Anti E n a antibodies 8.19
Anti s s a >100
Anti S S b 73
I was told it could be lupus and is being treated with plaquinel some of the symptoms like the fever is gone and the itching have eased up but my face is still very dark and especially my two ears which was very wrinkled and they are black at the corner. Have you ever seen anyone with similar problem? My skin doctor said she has never seen this problem. I think I am not been diagnosed and treated for the right condition. Can u offer any advise
