Have Melasma On Cheek And Forehead. Taking Birth Control. Will It Go Away?
I have melasma on my left cheek, forehead and around the mouth since taking birth control and going on a Caribbean vacation. I have stopped taking the pill because of the discoloration. Will this go away or will I have it forever? Are there any home remedies that may work? Will I have to wait until the cooler weatherl to use prescription creams from my dermatologist? Thank you.
Hi, you r right that oc pills do cause melasma but not the only cause You can use a sunscreen during day and a kligmans formula at night for clearance But plz note it csn come back Take care
