Have Migraines. No Migraine During Kidney Stone And Jaw Misalignment. Reason?

why would someone who normally suffers from migranes whilst under seriuous stress not get one or migrane suddenly stop, my partner who has been diagnosed with either bells palsy or a stroke and is due to have a head scan has suffered from severe migranes but through this time of kidney stones, jaw being out of alignment which have been diagnosed and on medication not get a migrane
he has also lost the hearing in one ear and has classic signes of either a mild stroke or bells palsy the scan will hopefully point to the answer , he is also a medium

Hi, he might be having a head ache due to the sinusitis, anxiety, or an increased intra cranial pressure.
If he have bells palsy, jaw out of alignment, may have relief from the relief from the nerve pain of the trigeminal nerve.
If he have kidney stones, hydro nephrosis, hypertension and stroke, might have relief by the decrease of intracranial pressure. M.R.I may reveal the problem in the head. Thank you.
