Have Mild Pain In The Lower Abdomen After Anal Sex

I did anal play last night, and I am worried if I went to deep and ruptured
something that ought not to be. There is mild pain in my lower abdomen, but I'm
not sure if it's real (i.e., not made up by my own hypochondria) or not. There
is no blood, constipation, or diarrhea, and I think the bowel movement is pretty
regular. I did the anal play with something approximately six inches long, that
was not sanitized or made for anal play. It is hard plastic.
