Have Mrsa On Leg, Itchy, Red Spots, Ears Hot And Red, Took Antibiotic, Benadryl. Suggestion?

I have Merca on my leg and have been taking antibiotics for it. Today is my last day and I have been taking 1 pill every 12 hours. I'm not quite sure if that has anything to do with it but my skin has been itchy all day. I got little red spots on my legs and took some benadryl for it but the sensation has not stopped. My face is very flushed and sensitive. My ears are very hot and red.

Hi,

It might be related to the fight against the infection as you are using antibiotics. You can apply cold compresses to the itchy area.

If no pus is coming from the spots you are mentioning, then, you apply some over-the-counter anti-itching creams.

If there is pus, then, it might need further attention (drainage, or other topical antibiotic medication).

Thank you.
