Have Muscle Spasm In Neck And Shoulder, Stiffness And Swelling In Hands. Taking Pramipexole

I'm 45 and I take pramipexole .37mg for RLS, however, my sleep remains disturbed throughout the night because of muscles spasms in my neck and left shoulder causing pain and continually trying to find a comfortable position since my back must remain straight due to pain. My hands are also becoming stiff and swollen at night from not using them (it happens whenever they are still too long). I simply wonder if I need to ask my doctor to increase the dosage, which I am loathe to do.

The dosage is determined by the treating doctor on presenting symptoms.
RLS is associated with iron deficiency in nerve cells in brain. associated diabetes, iron deficiency anemia need to be corrected and also your doctor may evaluate if you are on other supportive drugs which may be contributing to aggravation of pain in arm shoulder due to possible drug interaction.so you have to rely on your treating physician.
