Have Muscle Spasms, Dizziness, Disorientation, Tingling In Limbs, Lump On Spine. What Could It Be?

Hello. I've been having a twitch or maybe a muscle spasm for over a month and it is occuring more often. I get dizzy and disoriented sometimes and confused. Been having tingling energy like feeling in my legs and now arms. Today found a lump on the top of my spine. I'm getting a little freaked out here. Two days ago I went to stand up out if bed and if was like my legs just wouldnt work. I was eventually fine but I did fall twice. What could it be? What should I do?

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.

Based on the description of your symptoms, I suspect some form of neurological disorder, possibly Multiple sclerosis. However, a thorough clinical examination and appropriate investigations are needed to establish the diagnosis.

I suggest you to consult a Neurophysician for further evaluation and management.

Hope this information is helpful. Good day
