Hi I am 27 years old married 8 months ago..3 months back I was diagnosed with chocolate cyst in right ovary + third stage endometriosis..laparoscopy was done and zoladex injection was given twice after 2 months in a check up the cyst was back in the same size 6x4..open surgery was done 7th April cyst was removed and endrmetriosis was cleaned..the doctor gave me 1 more zoladex injection he also did a laparoscopy again and said everything is clean..he gave me some medicines to use when I get my period..I had my period 4th may..from day 3-7 I took Clomid then from day 11-15 I took buscopan and duphaston from day 16-25 am now in day 17.. And to continue this course with 4 cycles if not pregnant normally then he advised for ivf..I feel nausea hot flashes and fatigue from few days back why is that happening and can I be pregnant this month since we never did protected intercourse from day 1 and we want a baby + as the doctor said I should get pregnant to stop period as a treatment for endo.note: my period is either 4,5, or 6 th of each month long time back till now. When the earliest can I do a pregnancy test that will be accurate and which detects earliest blood or home tests I need an answer ASAP please thanx a lot
