Hi there.
Loss of cervical lorodosis means you have muscle spasm of neck muscle for that you need good physiotherapy session.
If your profession demand you of continuous neck bending then you should take 30 second break every half an hour.
Daily neck muscle strengthening exercise will definitely reduce your c3 bulge and your muscle spasm.
Wish you good of health
P.S. I also suffered from C5 and going strong with Physio.

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement Dr. K. Naga Ravi Prasad's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.
As per your description, C3-C4 disc bulge causes typical dermatomal pattern of pain in the interscapular region.
This is just for your information that phrenic nerve will not supply any muscle in the neck region to produce any spasm. It innervates only the diaphragm.
The loss of cervical lordosis is due to muscle spasm which inturn occurs due to irritation of the nerve root.
Muscle spasm is a natural protective phenomenon which usually occurs in response to any abnormal painful stimulus ( nerve root irritation in your case ).
As you have been undergoing all modalities of treatment for the past one year without any improvement in symptoms, I dont think any further conservative management will help you.
I suggest you to consult a spine surgeon and follow his advice accordingly.
Good luck
