Have Numbness In Hand Which Is Spreading

I have had numbness in my left hand for months, basically from my wrists to my fingertips only on the inside of my hand, my pinky finger and my thumb were not tingling, recently we had a day that was below 0 and now my thumb is also numb. This week I now have noticed that the bottom of my right foot feels the same, somewhat in the same pattern just on the pad under my toes. I am pre-diabetic with my highest a1c only being a 7.2, my sugars have never been over 160. my work has me using a handheld computer to do inventory, and I am bending, kneeling and climbing ladders daily.

Welcome to HCM.
Tingling, numbness in the hand usually indicates development of carpel tunnel syndrome which affects the nerve and blood supply due to compression on median nerve and blood vessels.
Otherwise it also occurs due to severe anaemia,B12,folic acid and other vitamin deficiency.
Start B12,folic acid,minerals,d3 and other supplements.
Intramuscular injections of B12,folic acid is advisable.
Go for exercise,yoga regularly.
Consult your physician for proper diagnosis and medical management.
