Have Pain In Lower Back, Knee, Shoulder. Shaking Inside Head Due To Concussion, Nausea. Is Vit B 12 Good?

I want to know if Vit B-12 will be good for me,I'm 63 years old & having lots of growing pains esp. on my lower back,my right knee my right shoulder.Also I'm having shaking inside my head due to my concussion last year in Oct.My symptoms came back about 4 weeks ago now.I'm always nauseated at the end of the day.Can you help me sort these out?Thank you very much!

Hi, you are 63 years, and had concussion, last year, so you are expected to have lot of neurological problems, so you must be in touch with the neurophysician.
Regarding nerve regeneration B12 is the best answer, and along with this vitamin B6 and 12 are very much necesary, for nerve regeneration. It will be more benifecial if taken by parenteral route. Thank you.
