Have Pain In Middle Of Right Thigh, Radiating To Legs, Heels. Is This The Cause For Concern?

The other day, while at work, the middle of the back of my right thigh started hurting horribly bad...out of nowhere. About 4 hours later, the pain moved down to my calf. At the same time, I kept getting real sharp pains in my right heel. All the while, it even felt as if my skin hurt. Here it is, 3 days later, and my whole leg aches and I also keep getting random sharp pains in my calf. What could this be and should I be worried?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I can understand your problem, this may be due to uneven posture or say poor posture during sleeping that might causes compression over concern nerve system and most vulnerable nerve is sciatica, have rest on hard surface straight your both the leg bring your both the toe together and try to lift both the leg very slowly lift them about a 4 inch from surface hold it there for a while and then bring them back repeat it several time, have muscle relaxant chlorzoxazone, would be best will come around soon have good day.
