I do think I Partial tear a muscle for the first time in my life More related to long hours work and tired I was moving equipment all day at the gym plus didn't sleep the night before because of stress But i decided to train anyway Bench press 3 plates and everything was find for 4 set of 10 then at the 5 set i had an electric chock between shoulder to chest

IT CAN BE MUSCLE STRAIN, JUST KEEP REST AND APPLY ICE FOR 20 MINS THAT WILL REDUCE PAIN, INCREASE PROTEIN CONTENT IN YOUR DIET.
