Have Pain In The Chest, Shoulder And Neck

I am 31 Years old female I started experiencing needle like pains in my chest ive had a tia before just these pains are different they are off and on through the day and night my left shoulder and neck start hurting with the pain should I be worried?

Thanks for your query.
It's clear from your history that you are suffering from gastro-esophageal reflux disorder (GERD). For that you need to take pantoprazole tablet 40 mg twice daily before food with life style modifications like avoidance of fat containg diet, spicy and fast food, chocolate, coffee and tea, drink plenty of water and small but frequent bland diet. It will improve your symptoms.
